Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain inaccurate information, or cannot be fulfilled.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and pickup or delivery information when placing an order.
SMS Marketing
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and transactional messages from Milkstache Studios.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Product Information
Our desserts are handcrafted in small batches. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in appearance, color, decoration, and size may occur.
Product photos are provided for reference and may not exactly represent the final item received.
Allergens
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to:
- Milk
- Eggs
- Wheat (Gluten)
- Soy
- Peanuts
While we take care in our preparation process, Milkstache Studios cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should consume products at their own discretion.
Pickup Orders
Customers are responsible for arriving during the designated pickup window selected at checkout.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled pickup, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee alternate pickup arrangements.
Milkstache Studios is not responsible for product quality after pickup has been completed.
Local Delivery
For orders that include local delivery, customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Milkstache Studios is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, weather conditions, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.
Product Care
Many of our desserts are perishable and require refrigeration.
Unless otherwise stated, products should be kept refrigerated and consumed within the timeframe provided with the order.
Milkstache Studios is not responsible for damage, spoilage, or quality issues resulting from improper storage, transportation, or handling after pickup or delivery.
Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
Refunds, exchanges, or credits may be issued at our discretion if an order is not fulfilled as promised or arrives with a significant quality issue.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins. Approved cancellations may be subject to a processing fee.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photographs, logos, branding, designs, text, and graphics, is the property of Milkstache Studios and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milkstache Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.
