Refund Policy
At Milkstache Studios, each dessert is made to order and crafted in small batches. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or order modifications once an order has been placed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order at the time of pickup or delivery. If you receive an incorrect item or believe your order was damaged due to an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at orders@milkstachestudios.com.
To help us evaluate the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If we determine that the issue was caused by our error, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Pickup Orders
Customers are responsible for collecting their orders during the selected pickup window. Orders that are not picked up during the designated pickup period may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Once an order has been picked up, Milkstache Studios is not responsible for damage resulting from improper transportation, storage, or handling.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Perishable food products
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved due to an error on our part, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
